Giving back means giving of ourselves.

The idea of putting others first comes naturally to us, from our clients to our neighbors – it’s the right thing to do. You’ll find us giving back in countless ways, rolling up our sleeves and pitching in to support the organizations that help this community thrive. We invite you to learn more about the educational, civic, social and philanthropic endeavors we support with our time, energy and expertise. If you’d like to be involved, please feel free to contact us to learn more about upcoming events.

ORGANIZATIONS WE SERVE
Gate City Rotary is a Triple Crown Rotary Club and proudly supports the goals and programs of Rotary International. Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated human rights purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.
The organization reports a worldwide membership of over 1.5 million,[2] consisting of soldiers, officers and adherents known as Salvationists. Its founders Catherine and William Booth sought to bring salvation to the poor, destitute and hungry by meeting both their "physical and spiritual needs". It is present in 127 countries,[3] running charity shops, operating shelters for the homeless, and providing personal hygiene products[4][5] and disaster relief and humanitarian aid to developing countries.
YMCA Camp Weaver is a resident camp facility located in beautiful Southeast Greensboro, NC. It is a premier program designed to provide the highest quality camp experiences that results in increased self-confidence to take on the challenges of life and school.
Our mission is to demonstrate our gratitude to our service men and women by offering meaningful outdoor experiences, free to the participants. We hope to organize 2 significant events in various parts North Carolina per year, including hunting, sporting clays, and fishing. We hope you will join us in our efforts to bring a bit of joy to the lives of those who put it all on the line.
Freedom House is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in Greensboro in 2006 with the mission of providing a long-term, addiction-recovery program that rescues, restores, and redeems the lives of women and their children in a Christ-centered, family environment. Through its successful rehabilitation program, Freedom House is able to provide young children who are in danger of losing their mothers to addiction with an opportunity to grow up in a fully restored environment. Freedom House offers a 6-12 month program where women overcome their addictions and reunite with their families.
